The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 05.02.2020. The committee shall endeavour to decide the validation proceeding within a period of two months from the date of appearance of the petitioner considering the exigency in the matter. 3.

With the aforesaid observations, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
