The learned advocates are united in submitting that in view of the said decision delivered under Section 47 of the Nanded Sikh Gurudwara Sachkhand Shri Hajur Apchalnagar Sahib Regulations, 1956, both these petitions can be disposed of with liberty to avail of a remedy as is permissible in law. 3.
