Heard Mr. Shinde, learned AGP for the applicants None present for the respondent.

This is an application for condoantion of delay of 574 days caused in filing the appeal.

From the contents of the application, it appears that after passing of the award, the the Law and Judiciary Department sanctioned the proposal of the appeal and forwarded the same to the government Pleader's Office. The Government Pleader has assigned the first appeal for drafting the same to the concerned AGP. The Appeal was drafted by the concerned AGP immediately and filed in this Court. The learned AGP submits that the delay sought to be condoned is due to procedural aspect and therefore it may be condoned. 1/2

In view of the above, for the reasons stated in the application, the delay stands condoned. Civil application disposed of.

In first appeal, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 04.12.2017.
