The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits on instructions, that petitioner Nos.1, 2 and 4 to 7 had tendered their Income Tax Returns and their grievance has been redressed. The tax deducted has been refunded. The case of the petitioner No.3 is also pending and this Court may direct that his Income Tax Returns may also be considered on their own merits. He would ensure that there would be no discrepancy as regards mismatch of the bank accounts. He, therefore, prays that the petition may be disposed off.

In view of the above, we request respondent No.5 to consider the case of the petitioner No.3 on it's own merits, subject to elimination of the discrepancies.
