In Writ Petition No.7403 of 2013, order passed by the Additional Collector, setting aside no confidence motion passed against the present petitioner, who was holding the post of Sarpanch of Village Panchayat, Kaulkhed, Taluka Udgir, was challenged.

While hearing the aforesaid writ petition, this Court, having regard to the minutes of the special meeting, has held that the motion was legally passed against the Sarpanch, i.e. the petitioner herein. 3.

In view thereof, the issue raised in the present petition, in my opinion, needs no consideration. Thus, the present petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
