We have heard Mr.Kulkarni, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.Navandar, learned counsel for Respondent Nos.3 and 4. As limited prayer is made to decide the representation submitted by the Petitioner, we are not going into the merits of the matter. Interest of justice would be subserved by directing the Authority to decide the representation expeditiously in accordance with law. In light of the above, the Respondent No.4 shall decide the representation given by the Petitioner (Exhibit - 'D' collectively) on its own merits in accordance with law considering all the relevant aspects of the matter including the authority of Respondent No.4 to decide, expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months.
