Heard learned Counsel for the applicants. Respondents, despite service, remained absent. The applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 381 days in fling this appeal, which appears to be caused due to their fnancial crisis since their claim was dismissed. There is no oppose to the application and hence the delay of 381 days stands condoned subject to the condition that they shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of delay.
