By passing order dated 13.10.2025, respondents have complied with the order.

It is required to be noted here that, by order dated 03.02.2015, respondents were directed to decide the application filed by the petitioner within a period of six months from the date of the order. Ten years' period is lapsed since the directions are issued and after delay of ten years, only because contempt petition is filed, the order is complied with.

Respondents shall pay cost of Rs. 25,000/- to the petitioner. Rental compensation be disbursed to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of uploading of this order. 4.
