Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicant is seen in the CCTV footage carrying a weapon "Koita" along with other accused. There is also an assault on the informant by the accused and the applicant is identified. 3.

The learned APP also submits that there are three antecedents against the applicant. The FIR is of 2023 and the applicant is evading arrest. The applicant is prima-facie involved in the offence. No case is made out for grant of anticipatory bail. The application is dismissed.
