PER COURT :- 1.

The proposals tendered by petitioners in Writ Petition No.819 of 2015 and four companion writ petitions under Section 36-A of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966, for according permission to sell land, are pending consideration with the State Government since long and no decision, as yet, has been taken thereon. 2.

In this view of the matter, writ petitions can be conveniently disposed of, by directing Respondent No.1 to take decision on the proposals of the petitioners under Section 36-A of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, for according permission to sell the lands, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four months from today.

Order accordingly.

Writ Petitions stand disposed of.
