In this writ petition, the Petitioner prays for the following reliefs:- "B) By issuing writ of mandamus or any other writ or direction in like nature that, the petitioner praying cancellation of event of 50 Mtrs. swimming competition held at Aurangabad on 20.12.2022.

C) By issuing writ of mandamus or any other writ or direction in like nature that, may be to direct the respondents to take de-nova event of 50 Mtrs. swimming competition by allowing to the petitioner participate along with other competitor and declare the result of competition.

wp867.23 -2D) By issuing writ of mandamus or any other writ or direction in like nature that, this Hon'ble Court may direct the respondents to allow to participate in the event of swimming competition will be held in future." 2.

Since the event of swimming competition has already been held on 20.12.2022 and on the basis of that, both the State level competition as well as National level competition have already been held, and therefore, at this point of time, the relief sought for by the Petitioner in this Writ Petition cannot be granted.

The Writ Petition is therefore, disposed of.
