Heard rival submissions. The applicants being the legal heirs of sole appellant Dhanraj Ram Galande are seeking permission to bring themselves on record by condoning the delay of 163 days. Considering the right to sue, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause B and C. Though the middle name of deceased Dhanraj is shown as Rambhau in death certificate, but the learned counsel for the applicants submits that Rambhau and Ram are one and the same person. Amendment be carried out within stipulated period.
