On 26th August, 2016 the matter was called out for hearing, however, non appeared for petitioners. The learned counsel for respondent Nos. 5 and 6 and the learned A. G. P. were present, in the interest of justice the matter was adjourned. Thereafter, again the matter was called out on 15.10.2016. On the said date also none appeared for petitioners. The learned counsel for respondent Nos. 5 and 6 and the learned A. G. P. were present. While adjourning the matter on 15.10.2016, we had specifically observed that, if on the next date the matter is not worked out, the Court would be constrained to dismiss the

Today also when the matter is called out, none appears for petitioners. Mr. Dighe, the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 5 and 6 and the learned A. G. P. are present. It appears that, the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the matter. 3.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Rule discharged.
