The applicants are claiming direction to the appellant - acquiring body to correct the name of applicant no.2 i.e. respondent no.2 in the title of Appeal Memo as Virkant instead of Vikrant. It appears that the learned reference Court has no made correction as aforesaid in the impugned judgment vide order dated 20th April, 2022.

The learned counsel for the appellant - acquiring body is also not have any objection. As such, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C' .

The appellant - acquiring body is directed to carry out the amendment forthwith.

The Civil Application is disposed of accordingly. CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 11106 OF 2019 6.

Since the appellant - acquiring body has deposited the compensation amount as directed by this Court, the application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause 'B' and disposed of.
