1) Heard learned counsel for the applicant, who is respondent. It appears that though the appeal is admitted no stay is granted to the execution of the award delivered by the Reference Court. In view of these circumstances such direction is not possible. There is liberty to the original claimant to go for execution of the award. In view of this, the application is disposed of.
