Applicant, by civil application No. 1072 of 2015, seeks withdrawal of First Appeal.

In view of the same, present civil application is granted. Applicant is allowed to withdraw the First Appeal. First Appeal accordingly stands disposed of as withdrawn without any order as to costs.
