This application suffers from delay of 126 days. The applicant prays that the order of the learned Registrar (J) dated 6.9.2017 refusing registration of the Second Appeal for non removal of office objections be recalled.

Considering the above, this Civil Application is allowed subject to costs of Rs.750/- to be deposited with Advocates' Bar Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad on/or before 16.3.2018. All office objections shall be removed by 23.3.2018. Thereafter the Second Appeal be registered and listed for admission on 2.4.2018. 3.
