Learned Advocate has produced on record a copy of the order dated 13.12.2023 wherein, this Court had granted stay subject to deposit of 75% of the compensation amount along with interest within a period of twelve weeks. Hence this court is inclined to pass following order :

a) The Civil Applications stand allowed.

b) There shall be stay to the effect, operation, execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award passed by the learned Reference Court subject to depositing of the 75% of the amount as per the impugned judgment and award alongwith accrued interest in the office of this Court within twelve weeks from today.
