Mr. S.V. Natu, learned counsel for the applicant/appellant, submits that the issue involved in the present case is already decided by the Division Bench of this Court in First Appeal No. 417/2000, vide order dated 20th November, 2014, which would decide the fate of the present appeal also. He, therefore, seeks early hearing in the appeal. In the circumstances, the first appeal be fixed for final hearing on 12th February, 2015. The present application accordingly stands disposed of.
