By this application, the applicant MIDC, Latur prays for condonation of delay of 62 days caused in filing the First Appeal. 2.
We have heard the learned Advocates for the respective parties. The non-applicants fairly state that as the delay is minor, this Court could pass appropriate orders.

Considering the law laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the matters of Collector, Land Acquisition, Anantnag Vs. Mst. Katiji, AIR
1373.16ca (2) 1987 SC 1353 and Esha Bhattacharjee Vs. Managing Committee of Raghunathpur Nafar Academy, (2013) 12 SCC 649, the delay of 62 days is condoned. Subject to removal of office objections, the First Appeal be registered and tagged along with First Appeal No.1482/2010 and other connected matters.
