When the present applications were taken up for hearing, following two queries were made by this Court to the learned Counsel appearing for the applicant; first, in which Court the amount has been deposited, to which the learned Counsel answered that, the amount is deposited in the Reference Court, and the second question which was asked to the learned Counsel was, whether this Court has granted any stay for execution of the impugned awards to which the learned Counsel answered that there is no such stay.

In view of the facts as aforesaid, the present applications do not survive and stand rejected. S.O. to 27.7.2017. Print dispensed with.
