Learned AGP, after receiving instructions from Shri Rajendra Chandele, Sr. Clerk from the concerned department, submits that the impugned judgment of the Industrial Court dated 30.9.1999 was stayed by this Court by order dated 18.7.2001. Similarly situated employees as like the respondents had approached the learned Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. Some orders favouring the appointments of such employees were passed by the learned Tribunal on 25.7.2000. Considering those directions, even these respondents were accommodated and they are presently in continuous service with the petitioner and would be getting benefits as are available to the identically placed employees.
