Heard learned Counsel appearing for the applicants. 2.

Perused the grounds of objections raised in exception of the impugned award. Having regard to the objections so raised and considering the averments made in the applications, I deem it appropriate to pass the following order:

ORDER

The Applications are partly allowed. The applicants in respective applications are permitted to withdraw 50 per cent of the deposited amount on submitting an undertaking that in the event any adverse order is passed against them, they will reagp/-

IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

BENCH AT AURANGABAD (2) CA NO.2758/2017gr deposit the said amount within four months of passing such order; ii) Balance 50 per cent amount be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt of any Nationalized Bank, initially for a period of two years and if so required for further period till disposal of the appeals;

iii) Both the Civil Applications stand disposed of in above terms.
