This matter was heard for sometime. I have perused the orders passed by this Court on 6.2.2019 and 22.2.2019. 2.

I am of the view that the ends of justice would be met if the pending MCA Nos. 100 to 103 and 105 to 115 of 2019 are decided expeditiously.

The learned Advocate for respondent No.1 submits that this Court may not stay the execution proceedings. Since the MCAs is being decided within four months, the decree holders would simply seek an adjournment in the execution proceedings, provided the petitioner does not seek a single adjournment before the appellate Court in the MCAs. In view of the above, this petition is disposed of. The appellate Court shall decided MCA Nos. 100 to 103 and 105 to 115 of 2019, as expeditiously as possible and in any case on/or before 31.1.2020.

The petitioner shall not seek an adjournment and shall forthwith advance oral fnal arguments. Written notes of submissions are permitted.
