The Petitioner would be superannuating on 30.06.2024. A proposal with regard to his Assured Career Progression Scheme Benefits is pending with Respondent No.2 from 21.11.2023. 2.

The learned AGP submits that though such Petitions are normally to be entertained by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, since the Petitioner prays for a response to the proposal, this Court may pass an appropriate order.
