Heard Mr. Gunale, the learned counsel for the applicants and Mr. Deshpande, the learned counsel for the respondent.

This is an application for withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited in this Court. By order dated 16th October, 2016, Applicant No. 1 was permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.6 lakhs out of the undisputed amount of Rs.20 lakhs. The learned counsel for the respondent Insurance company has no objection to permit the applicant No.1 to withdraw the the remaining amount of Rs.14 lakhs.

In view of the above, the applicant No.1 is allowed to withdraw Rs.14,00,000/- with the interested accrued thereon. Civil Application disposed of. (K. L. WADANE, J.) JPC 1/1
