3] We are satisfied that the reasons/findings recorded by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal are in consonance with the material placed on record. The view taken by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal is a possible view. No interference is warranted in the impugned judgment.

4] Hence, both the petitions stand rejected.
