Learned AGP opposes the applications on the ground that no sufficient cause is stated.

The averments made in the applications are not controverted by respondents. The applicant has also shown bona fide by filing undertaking to the effect that, in case the Court enhances the amount of compensation, the applicant would not claim any statutory benefits for the delayed period.
