By order dated 31.07.2025 this Court recorded that, the matter was listed under the caption of 'Prioritized Case'. By way of last chance it was adjourned to 21.08.2025. In spite of the same, none appears for the petitioners today. The petitioners appear to be not interested in prosecuting the petition. The impugned order is an order passed by the Hon'ble Minister. The dispute is about the resolutions of the Municipal Council in the year 1997.

Considering above, this Court finds that, there is no
