The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respective parties informed this Court that, the medical certificate issued in favour of the petitioner, on the basis of which he was selected from Handicapped Category, has been subsequently cancelled. They further submit that, the petitioner was referred to the State Medical Board, however, the Board held that the disability of the petitioner is only to the extent of 30%. 2.
