All these petitioners are identically placed. A common prayer clause B, reads as under:- "B The respondent No.2 Sub Divisional Officer may kindly be directed to correct the nomenclature of the Tribe in the Tribe Certificate of the petitioner as Koli Mahadev instead of Mahadev Koli, and issue such corrected Tribe Certificate to the petitioner having proper nomenclature as Koli Mahadev Tribe, as early as possible."

The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that online applications for seeking correction of their tribe certificates from Mahadev Koli to Koli Mahadev, have already been tendered. The original defective certificates would be tendered on or before 31.01.2023.

In view of the above, these petitions are disposed off with directions to the concerned Sub Divisional Officer that, after verifying the origin of the certificates, he would issue the corrected certificates to these petitioners, on or before 10.02.2023.
