This is third application filed seeking withdrawal of amount by applicant No. 1.

Heard learned counsel for applicants and respondent.

On due consideration of the submissions advanced in the light of orders dated 04/08/2015 and 09/03/2018 passed in the matter thereby allowing to withdraw the sum of Rs. 30 Lakhs, I am of the view that no case is made out to entertain the application.
