Applicant/Appellant has filed this application for condonation of delay in filing Criminal Revision Petition, in which the learned APP for Respondent No. 1 and learned Advocate Mr. Shinde, for respondent No. 2 have objected.

Having considered the reasons disclosed in the application, as well as the fact that the applicant wants to challenge the order dated 26.06.2023 passed by the learned trial Court, whereby his application for discharge from said case was rejected. In such circumstances, it would be appropriate to permit the applicant to contest the petition on merit.

As such, the application is allowed as prayed. The delay is condoned, subject to a cost of Rs. 2,000/- (Rs. Two Thousand Only) to be payable to the High Court, Bar Association library, Aurangabad, within a period of two weeks from today, failing which the application shall stand rejected.

On deposit of the costs, the Criminal Revision Application shall be registered.
