Mr. Jadhav, learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are issued with the tribe certificates with incorrect spelling of Mannervarlu. The petitioners applied for issuance of corrected tribe certificates, however, the S.D.O. has not attended the applications of the petitioners.

Notice to respondents. The learned AGP accepts notice for respondents and submits that the petitioners have to file applications online.

The petitioners may file applications online for issuance of corrected tribe certificates if not made. The petitioners shall deposit the original tribe certificates received by them with incorrect spelling of the tribe. Upon receipt of the original tribe certificates from the petitioners, the S.D.O. shall verify the genuineness of the same and thereafter issue corrected tribe certificates to the petitioners with the corrected spelling of the tribe preferably within 15 days.

Writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
