Heard both the sides.

The petitioners in both these petitions are challenging the order of respondent-Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee, whereby their tribe certificates have been confiscated and cancelled. 3.

It is being pointed out that in fact the impugned order is a common order in respect of these petitioners and one Supriya Pralhad Bhutte, who is none other than the petitioners real sister.

In Writ Petition No. 654/2024 by the judgment and order dated 17.01.2024 Supriya's writ petition was allowed and she was directed to be 1/2

29 38 WP 5718 24+.odt issued with a certificate of validity subject to consequences as spelt out in Shweta Balaji Isankar Vs. State of Maharashtra and others (Writ Petition No. 6320 of 2017) decided on 27.07.2018 and subject to the final decision in respect of the validity holders whose claims are subsequently invalidated. 5.

Since it was a common judgment and order, even in the matters of the present petitioners, we have to maintain the discipline. 6.

For the self same reasons as have been recorded by the coordinate division bench in the matter of Supriya, we allow the present petitions with the same terms and conditions.
