CORAM: ANIL S. KILOR, J.
DATE : 25th MARCH, 2021 ORDER :
1.
Issue notice to the respondents on application for condonation of delay.
ca2434.21+ 2.
Shri V.B. Patil, learned counsel waives notice for claimants. Shri Dande, learned AGP waives notice for respondent - State. 3.
These applications are moved by acquiring body for condonation of delay in filing appeals challenging the award passed by the Reference Court in land acquisition matters. All these matters are arising out of same land acquisition proceeding and therefore all the matters are taken together. Though delay varies from 292 days to 436 days, the cause of delay is identical.
4.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that delay caused has been explained with satisfactory reasons mentioned in the applications. It is submitted that the delay is bona fide and not intentional and period of delay is reasonable and not inordinate. He prays for condonation of delay. 5.
Learned counsel appearing for claimants and learned AGP appearing for State have no serious opposition if the applications for condonation of delay are allowed.
6.
In that view of the matter, since the delay is properly explained with satisfactory reasons, the delay is condoned.
7.
All civil applications are disposed of.
8.
Office is directed to register the appeals and place the same before this Court on 8th April 2021.
