Heard Mr S.S. Chillarge, learned counsel for the applicant. He submits that the acquiring body has already submitted the proposal for sanction of amount. It is under process and he seeks time to comply the order. The respondents are yet to be served.

Twelve weeks time is hereby extended to comply the conditional order passed by this Court dated 17th February, 2021. 4.

Interim relief granted earlier by this Court to continue till then. 5.
