All these petitioners are identically placed. All of them are aggrieved that their proposals for including their names in the Shalarth Pranali (ID) are pending on the table of the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Dhule. Specific details as regards the proposals, dates of their appointment orders, approvals granted to them and permanent orders issued to them, are set out in the chart signed by the learned for the petitioners. The same is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. The copy of X is supplied to the learned AGP. 2.

The learned AGP submits, on instructions, that the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, would forward the proposals of these petitioners to the Deputy Director of Education, Nashik for consideration and appropriate orders. 3.

In view of the above, these Writ Petitions are disposed off.

We direct respondent No.3 to forward the proposals

*3* of these petitioners to respondent No.2, on or before 21.02.2023. Thereafter, the Deputy Director of Education (Secondary), Nashik, shall consider the same on their own merits and in accordance with the policies and the law applicable, by following the due procedure. The decision on the said proposals would be pronounced on or before 31.03.2023.
