1] The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondent no.1 filed change report. By order dated 01.01.2019, the Assistant Charity Commissioner accepted the change report. Being aggrieved by the said order, the petitioner preferred Appeal under Section 70 of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act before the Joint Charity Commissioner and Joint Charity Commissioner, by order dated 13.10.2023 rejected the said appeal. Against the said order, the present writ petitions are filed.

2] I do not see any error in the impugned orders passed by both the Courts below. The Caretaker Committee after completion of their term could not induct new member and appoint them on Managing Committee. The trust / concerned Authority to hold an election from the existing member of the trust.

3] With the above observations, the present Writ Petitions are disposed of.
