By this application the applicant seeks to bring on record respondent No. 2-F, as one of the legal representative of deceased respondent No. 2. There is delay of 1168 days in filing the application.

It is a matter of record that after the death of original respondent No. 2 already 2-A to 2-E, legal representatives are brought on record in view of order dated 16.02.2023 passed in

40ca654.25 Civil Application No. 12032 of 2022. It appears that one of the legal representative i.e. respondent No. 2-F was remained to be taken on record. It is also submitted that the parties are already before the Mediator and the matter is at the verge of settlement.

In that view of the same, there is no impediment in allowing the application.

The application is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (B) and (C).

5.

Amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today.
