PER COURT :- 1.

For the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed, subject to the following directions:- (A) All office objections in MCA No. 255 of 2018 shall be removed on/or before 15.2.2019.

(B) If objections are removed, the MCA shall be restored and shall be listed for admission in the Urgent Category on 27.2.2019.

In the meanwhile, the applicant shall serve the respondent / husband by Speed Post A.D. and supply him a copy of this order, as well.
