1] Criminal Application No. 190 of 2025 is filed for granting ad-interim relief till the final disposal of ABA No.7/2025.

2] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the brother of the applicant has passed away today in the morning and the applicant has to attend the final rites of his brother.

3] Considering the submissions made above, on humanitarian ground, I deem it appropriate to grant adinterim protection to the applicant commencing from today to till 29.01.2025.

Cr.M.A.190.25 4] The applicant shall not be arrested till 29.01.2025 in connection with Crime No.121/2022 dated 17.02.2022 registered with Kotwali Police Station, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B r/w. 34 of the IPC and under Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the MPID Act.

5] This ad-interim relief will not be extended under any circumstances. Criminal Application No.190/2025 is disposed of accordingly.

6] List Anticipatory Bail Application N.7 of 2025 on 30.01.2025.
