Present application has been filed for getting the order of learned Registrar (Judicial) dated 13.12.2019 set aside. By the said order, the registration of the appeal was refused as the appellants had failed to remove the office objections within time, even after availing opportunities.

Now the appellant has shown readiness to remove those office objections. Taking into consideration this fact, the said order passed by learned Registrar (Judicial) is hereby set aside. Needless to mention that since in the main appeal notices were not issued to respondents, there was no necessity to issue notices to the respondents in this application. Delay, if any, caused in presenting this application
