The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal has been given to the Collector, Ahmednagar for the regularisation of the encroachment. The Divisional Commissioner (Revenue) has also directed the Collector to take decision upon the proposal of the petitioner.

In case, the proposal (Page No.25) of the petitioner seeking regularisation of encroachment is pending with respondent No.2., then the respondent No.2 shall take decision on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, preferably within six (06) months from today.
