The Respondent claims that statutory interest as per there calculation @ 12% per annum is paid.

Learned Advocate for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner is entitled for interest under Section 80 of the 2013 Act. 3.

It is pointed out by learned AGP that the interest under Section 80 can be claimed by the Petitioner in a reference. The contempt petition is, therefore, disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to claim interest under Section 80 of the 2013 Act in a reference.
