The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that revision is filed before respondent no.1-Secretary challenging the order of the Lower Authority condoning the delay of 37 years. The hearing is not taken by respondent no.1 and the Lower Authority is proceeding with the Appeal. 2.

In light of that, respondent no.1 may endeavour to decide the stay petition filed by the petitioner within one month from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner may appear before respondent no.1 on 29.01.2020.

The request made for status quo is rejected.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
