Though the learned counsel for the respondent requested for time to file reply, but it appears that the original civil revision application was filed alongwith delay condonation application, which was dismissed vide order dated 02/03/2023 passed by the learned Registrar(Judicial) of this court for non-removal of office objections. Further, it appears that this court vide order dated 27/10/2023 has already quashed the aforesaid order dated 02/03/2023 on depositing the cost of Rs.2,000/-. The learned counsel for the applicant produced on record the xerox copy of receipt of payment of that cost. Thus, it appears that on payment of such cost the present delay condonation application has been revived.

Though the learned counsel for the respondent strongly opposed the application, but considering the short period of delay of only 34 days, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause-A.

The Civil Revision Application filed by the applicants be registered after removal of office objection, if any. 5.

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that all the office objections are removed. He also furnished copy of CRA to other side.

As such, CRAST No.1674 of 2023 is fixed for admission on 02/07/2024 after its registration.
