The respondent - applicant has filed this application for withdrawal of amount of Rs.6000/- deposited in the Court by the appellant.

Mr.Bora, learned counsel for the appellant submits that appellant has no objection for withdrawal of the amount in view of disposal of appeal. Accordingly, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-B. The amount be paid to the applicant.
