Heard the learned advocates of both the sides. The petitioner wife is seeking transfer of HMP No.32/2020 from the file of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nanded which was subsequently transferred to the Family Court at Nanded to the Family Court at Aurangabad. 2.

The learned advocate for the respondent husband on instructions from the respondent who is present in person submits that he has no objection if the matter is transferred to Aurangabad. 3.

The Application is allowed. The divorce petition that was initially numbered as HMP No.32/2020 when it was pending before the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nanded but subsequently transferred to the Family Court at Nanded is transferred to the Family Court at Aurangabad. The parties shall appear before the Family Court at Aurangabad on 07.12.2021 and there shall be no need for the Family Court at Aurangabad to issue any notice to the parties. (MANGESH S.
