Though few other prayers are being made, we are only concerned with the prayer clauses 'C' to 'E', whereby the petitioners are questioning and alleging the work of setting up of a solar energy plant, is being undertaken without any permission/illegal. 3.

We dispose of the writ petition directing respondent No.1 / Collector to examine the petitioners' grievances in the light of the representations dated 03.12.2024, 20.09.2024, 24.09.2024 and khs/Jan.2025/927

- 2 - 07.10.2024 (Exh.G collectively), to the extent of the allegations regarding the work of setting up of the solar power project is authorized / permitted or otherwise.

The decision shall be taken within 8 weeks by respondent No.1.
